How we met:
One afternoon, our mothers met through a mutual friend. As their conversation went on, they both realized that we could be the perfect match. They started to plan how they were going to introduce the two of us. This ultimately resulted in John coming to pick his mom up from my house that evening. After a few days of waiting, I heard absolutely nothing from John. As I’m starting to get bummed, he finally reaches out. It turns out that he had my name completely wrong!
Where did you get engaged?
On his mom’s birthday, I was tricked into thinking that we were going out for dinner. Instead, she picked me up and drove me to the park. He was standing there with flowers, champagne, and a ring!
